Job Responsibilities:

Develop and test laser applications for cutting, marking, engraving, welding, and surface texturing.

Perform process feasibility studies and trials on customer materials.

Optimize laser parameters to maximize quality, throughput, and efficiency.

Support the integration of lasers with optical, motion control, and automation systems.

Prepare technical reports, presentations, and demonstrations for customers.
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or higher in electrical engineering, materials science, physics, or a related field.

Interest or experience in laser micro-processing and its applications.

Strong hands-on problem-solving skills.

Knowledge of optics, mechatronics, or automation is a plus.

Relevant coursework in photonics, optics, or advanced manufacturing is preferred.
