DMC Automatic CAD Alignment with Machine Vision
This video demonstrates the automatic alignment function of DMC (Direct Machine Control) for industrial production applications, leveraging advanced machine vision technologies.
Depending on user requirements, DMC supports advanced pattern detection methods, including cross, grid, line, corner, edge, circle, blob, ellipse, and rectangle detection.
CAD Alignment allows selecting parts of CAD to align to. The user selects the fiducials on the CAD, and then the program can automatically detect the actual fiducials on the sample to align the CAD according to it. The fiducial can be detected in the center of the CAD object's area, which means that sometimes the fiducial is outside the object's trajectory.
